We removed a heavy, outdated stone fireplace wall to install an expansive window that looks straight down the fairway toward the iconic Red Rocks Amphitheater. By reorienting the basement staircase, we vastly improved the main level's flow while carving out space for a dedicated, functional mudroom off the garage.
